Apprentice Accelerator (12 or 6) Plan
Skills4Work staff visit on a regular scheduled basis. The frequency of these visits is decided by the company and can range from monthly visits (total of 12 visits per year) to bi-monthly (6 visits). These visits are to assess the apprentices training progress while motivating and coaching the apprentice to keep achieving in their apprenticeship.
Unlike the ATNZ Premier Apprentice Plan, under the Accelerator Apprentice Plan companies still retain control over the employment of the apprentice and are responsible for all employment issues.
