Ranging from our ATNZ Premier Plan, where we directly employ and contract the apprentice back to you, to the Apprentice Accelerator Plan, offering mentoring and assessment visits. Whatever your business needs, Skills4Work have a plan to suit.
ATNZ Premier Apprentice Plan:
We will help by:
- Fully managing and coordinating the apprenticeship
- Recruiting and employing the best apprentice for you
- Looking after wages, ACC, health and safety, HR and administration
- Providing regular support, mentoring, coaching and assessment
Apprentice Accelerator Plan:
We will help by:
- Coaching and assessing the apprentice
- Giving you the choice of 6 or 12 annual visits
