The ATNZ Premier Apprentice Plan takes the hassle and responsibility of employment away from the company helping you have time to get on with what you want to be doing - running your business.
How does it work?
Skills4Work find the highest calibre apprentices with the right work attitude. We become the direct employer of the apprentice, advertising, interviewing and employing the apprentice.
The apprentice is then matched with a seconding company for the duration of the apprenticeship. This is done with full consultation with you the seconding company.
Local Training Specialists that are experienced tradespeople visit the worksite every month motivating the apprentice to achieve. They liaise between the company and the apprentice acting as mediator if any issues arise.
The perfect option for companies that see the advantage of a third party employing the apprentice to look after HR issues
Skills4Work is responsible for:
- All Employment issues (Recruitment, Induction, Health & Safety training, administration, payroll, tax, sick leave and more)
- Protective Clothing & Equipment
- Legislation
- Discipline
- Coordinating training
- Mentoring and coaching
- Providing training plans and mentoring tools
- Minimum of one visit per month
- Consulting with the seconding company
- Assessing until completion
Seconding Company is responsible for:
- On-Job Training
- Daily issues of the apprentice
- Payment of weekly invoices via direct debit.
